I have been searching for the perfect hair wrap, something that wasn't too long + heavy, wouldn't weigh me down, but one that would effortlessly help cover up one of those bad hair days [especially since lately, I'm training my hair to go longer + longer in between washes].  Enter this silky-cobalt-chevorn-ombré number.  To my lucky surprise, I stumbled upon this Vince Camuto piece on sale at TJMaxx (totally worth it at only $10 - I am totally a maxxinsta)  Plus, not only can it be worn in your hair, it can also be worn around the neck or tied to a handbag to add a pop of graphic-color to any look.

There's nothing like a windy night in the Back Bay to snap some picture of my new (favorite) blouse... My hair looks like a wind blown mess.  Regardless, I'm so obsessed with this blouse I wanted to share the 2 ways I've already worn it. [1] with skinnies + grey suede booties. [2] with loose boot cut jeans.  I feel like I belong on the Austrian hillsides singing along with the von Trapp family - I wish.  A perfect fall transition piece.  Thanks for stopping by!

Apples in Autumn

I know its not quite yet Autumn... but.  What's better than a Sunday filled with apple picking, cider donuts + hay rides, followed by dinner consisting of calamari tacos + cucumber cosmos?  How about homemade Swedish apple pie.  My absolute favorite.

Step outside your comfort zone: mix + match, play with different colors + textures, like this look above.  I styled these thistle print jeans with an over-sized tee and some neutral accessories.  I am making a vow this Fall to be more adventurous in the colors and + patterns I style.  Stay tuned.

Hope everyone enjoyed Labor Day + the long Holiday weekend.  Even though I worked all weekend, I certainly enjoyed sipping on starbucks, rocking my new star tank + spending some quality time outside.  Thank you to all those who work very hard to contribute to our country's strength, prosperity + well-being.
