This dress just screams summer (or maybe fourth of July cookout?). Either way, I couldn't resist wearing it the same day I bought it. I opted for a little bit larger size. And although the arm openings were larger than I preferred, I decided to just own it + wear a black bandeau underneath to add another dimension to the overall look. Did I pull it off?
